Moon in the Mirror, a one-woman opera by Stephen Dembske with lyrics by Zang Er. I performed this piece for the Chinese & American Poetics Society National Conference in Los Angeles. Unfortunately there is no recording of this event. I have included the score and a photo of myself with the pianist, composer, and lyricist taking our bows in Los Angeles.

It’s Alright to be Happy. My residency at McNeese University in Lake Charles, LA, included a full-length recital. Here is one of my original songs from that recital along with a photo of my performing collaborators.

As a part of my graduate course MUS 5088: Music as Service in the World, my students and I collaborated with the prisoners in the A block of the California State Prison (maximum security) to produce their original play: If Freedom was a Mile Away.
